Overview: Inetum Polska is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join a team supporting retail banking processes in Warsaw, Poland. You will gather requirements and design workflows for our internal banking platform based on IBM FileNet, with emphasis on workflow systems and strong SQL skills. Responsibilities: Work within a self-organizing team following Agile methodologies (Scrum); collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs; co-create business documentation; design functionalities using available tools; prepare functional documentation; break down features into tasks; implement tasks within the platform; perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a System Analyst; strong analytical skills; ability to translate business needs into system solutions; experience creating and interpreting UML and BPMN models; knowledge of SQL and REST API; understanding of basic programming concepts and object-oriented design; experience with at least one workflow/low-code platform such as Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega.
