Account Executive — Intelligence Community
Windward is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive software analytics sales to U.S. government customers. You will own the full lifecycle of named IC accounts—account mapping, mission-set discovery, champion development, technical validation, procurement strategy, award, and expansion—without hand-offs to a farmer. You will engage with SES/SIS civilians, flag and general officers, mission-center chiefs, CTOs/CDOs, and program executives; you will need to earn a second meeting on the strength of the first.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Lead a named IC account set from discovery to program of record, including identifying opportunities and coordinating with teaming partners.
- Translate analysts' workflows into deployed capabilities; deliver demos as a means to an end.
- Architect procurement paths across IDIQs, OTAs, GSA, SBIR/CSO on-ramps, sole-source justifications; know which vehicle is real.
- Build and manage a teaming network with primes and cleared resellers.
- Maintain MEDDPICC-style qualification and accurate forecasts; anticipate slippage and adjust.
- Surface customer requirements to influence the product roadmap.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; non-negotiable.
- 5+ years selling software or analytics into the Intelligence Community; closed deals with unclassified references.
