Based in Berlin, this hybrid role combines data, technology, creative content, and paid media to help brands grow. You will turn complex concepts into captivating visual narratives, define motion languages, and own the end-to-end creative process from concept to final polish. You will lead the creation of high‑impact video content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook, work with high autonomy, and mentor mid‑level and junior motion designers while collaborating with creative directors, strategists, copywriters, and account leads. What you’ll do: drive motion direction, establish motion systems, lead social and campaign content, craft advanced motion and animation, master pacing and retention, deliver end-to-end creative polish, guide and quality-check the team, and pioneer workflows and AI tools. What you bring: visual judgment and creative leadership, art direction mindset, excellence in craft, ability to create styleframes and visual systems, retention-focused editing, curiosity about AI and new technologies, trend awareness, a standout portfolio/showreel, and language skills (German native or professional proficiency, plus strong English).
