Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs and drive the design and deployment of AI-enabled tooling to reduce organizational toil. This role goes beyond traditional program management, combining strategic leadership with foundational engineering skills to deliver robust, scalable, and impactful solutions. You will help evolve the TPM function toward strategic leadership, influence, and AI-augmented execution, reporting to the Head of Technical Programme Management. This on-site position is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Key responsibilities include strategic program leadership for high-value initiatives; identifying, defining, and automating toil with AI tools and agents that leverage large language models; building and deploying internal tooling; applying sound software engineering practices; and engaging stakeholders and teams to drive prioritization and delivery. Qualifications: at least 8 years of experience in strategic initiatives and cross-functional technical program management; track record of delivering projects by aligning leadership and cross-functional execution; foundational understanding of software engineering and deployment practices; experience with AI/automation tooling; experience with automation on n8n and Cursor is a plus; thrive in high-growth environments.
