Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Community Manager acts as the primary on-site leader, fostering a welcoming, safe, and professional community. You will engage regularly with residents, respond promptly to concerns with a trauma-informed approach, support housing stability through collaboration with Resident Services, and maintain an on-site presence to manage daily operations and emergencies. Temporary relief coverage for staffing vacancies within the region may be required.

Leasing, Occupancy, & Rent Collection

Lead the leasing process, including updates to marketing, waitlist management, and determining program eligibility for applicants. Manage rent collection to achieve timely payments and revenue goals. Process and track resident applications, determine income and program eligibility, and ensure vacant apartments are prepared for occupancy by coordinating with maintenance and meeting deadlines.
