This hands-on position identifies and engages passive candidates, builds strategic talent pipelines, and manages full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, global environment. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment processes across EMEA & EEMEA in partnership with hiring managers and HR; proactively sourcing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels; building pipelines for current and future hiring needs; developing creative sourcing strategies for niche or hard-to-fill positions; advising on recruitment strategies with market insights; delivering an exceptional candidate experience; managing multiple searches with speed, quality, and a high hiring bar; and using recruiting data and market intelligence to drive informed decisions.
