The Team Lead will be responsible for one CHW team delivering project solutions based on established engineering standards, leading a group of approximately 5–10 engineers. The Team Lead will plan the teams’ activities, monitor progress weekly, and coordinate with other engineering functions for complex problems. On-site presence in Lokeren, Belgium is required for IO testing and safety validations. Key responsibilities include standard controls hardware tasks, concept layout creation, design refinement, technical design and documentation, system integration, project planning and monitoring, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also involves recruitment support, budgeting, and administrative duties. Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 8 years of experience in electrical infrastructure engineering (including calculations of electrical cabinets and commissioning follow-up), at least 3 years of team leadership, experience with CAD programs such as Eplan, and Caneco for cable calculations. A strong blend of creative and technical abilities, proactive mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in an international environment are essential. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a big plus. The role is based in Belgium with up to 30% travel to offices and projects abroad.
