You will guide entitlements, permitting, and regulatory approvals, acting as the primary liaison with municipalities, utilities, and local agencies, and coordinate with civil engineers on initial site plans. Responsibilities also include design and construction coordination, bid package development, contractor and consultant management, and oversight of construction documents and compliance with standards. Budgeting and financial oversight cover project budgets across acquisition, entitlement, design, and pre-construction, cost forecasting, change orders, and progress reporting.
