About the role
Project Manager - Installation
Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership for all aspects of project management, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance for security integration projects. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle from analysis and pre-planning through implementation and close, ensuring scope is delivered on time, within budget, and with quality. This role requires coordinating with customers and stakeholders, managing multiple projects concurrently, and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using standard project management practices.
- Develop planning documents (project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, schedules) and define scope, effort, schedule, funding, and staffing.
- Create sub-plans (communications, quality assurance, resource, procurement, deployment).
- Manage issues, risks, changes, reporting, communications, and financials.
- Manage change requests, re-plan as needed, and set expectations with resource managers.
- Ensure QA/QC processes are followed; oversee project closeout and turnover to operations.
- Collaborate with other groups to ensure project success; report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.
- Mentor new team members and support other groups as needed.
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 5 years in a security-related role.
