The Cloud Engineering team owns the foundations of Capital on Tap's global engineering effort—the core infrastructure, tooling, and standards that everything else is built on. We aren’t just running a platform; we’re pushing the technical limits of what cloud infrastructure can achieve. What you’ll be doing: lead and mentor engineers, champion a culture of continuous improvement, remove bottlenecks, drive accountability, and sustain high engagement to ensure consistent delivery and efficient resource use. Lead the adoption of AI within the team, from day-to-day operations to large-scale projects. Foster open and transparent communication across remote, hybrid, and in-person environments.
