Carle Health is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with HR strategies across the enterprise. The role serves as a trusted consultant to management on HR-related issues, proactively identifying HR needs and coordinating with HR Centers of Excellence to develop integrated solutions. A strong understanding of business operations and objectives is essential to provide effective support.

Responsibilities include providing consultative support to business units on HR practices such as employee relations, performance management, organizational and management development, employee engagement, and the Carle Experience. Mediate resolution of employee conflicts and grievances; conduct internal investigations; and recommend actions. Monitor HR metrics such as dashboards, turnover, engagement, and other data to identify trends, and, in collaboration with leadership, develop solutions to address unfavorable trends. Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support enterprise-wide HR goals. Build and sustain strong relationships across the operational unit to understand current business, employee, and management needs; participate in area team meetings and leadership meetings. Lead with innovation in implementing HR policies and key initiatives. Deliver periodic education on HR and employment-related topics for new leaders and teams, or others as required.
