Hospice Area Sales Manager Overview: Choice Hospice is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead a team of Hospice Business Development Liaisons (BDLs) across an assigned territory while expanding referral partnerships and advancing our mission of providing exceptional hospice care. What you’ll do: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Hospice Business Development Liaisons (BDLs). - Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales team members. - Partner with the VP of Sales to develop and execute territory growth strategies. - Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers. - Monitor sales performance and ensure territory goals are achieved. - Collaborate with facility administrators, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional customer service. - Participate in community outreach, networking, and marketing events to increase brand awareness. - Assist with the development of new programs and marketing initiatives. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. - Promote Choice Hospice’s mission, values, and culture through professional leadership and community engagement.
