Key responsibilities: - Set product strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes: asset availability, reliability, maintenance cost, and turnaround adherence. - Lead customer discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, turnaround/STO, and capital planning leaders to define scope and value. - Embed agentic AI into project-based work: autonomously shaping turnaround scope, optimizing schedules, surfacing readiness gaps, and re-planning as conditions change. - Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch to scale; align engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. - Define differentiation and value for asset-intensive buyers; support pricing, launches, and adoption metrics.
Qualifications: - 6+ years in Product Management within SaaS/platform/enterprise software. - Deep knowledge of shutdowns, turnarounds, major capital projects in EAM. - Experience in asset management, maintenance & reliability, or asset-intensive operations; domain exposure to IFS's core industries (Aerospace & Defence, Energy/Utilities & Resources, Manufacturing, Construction & Engineering, Telecommunications, Service Industries). - Ability to define and execute pr
