Engineering Manager, Industrial Breakers – Eaton's Power Components Division is seeking an on-site leader based in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, with approximately 25% travel. The role leads product design engineering for select power distribution circuit breaker product lines, providing technical leadership, driving product innovation, and overseeing engineering execution across new product development, design maintenance, technology exploration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, setting goals, managing priorities, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with divisional engineering strategy. You will oversee New Product Development from concept through design, qualification, validation, and manufacturing transfer using Eaton’s PROLaunch process to deliver cost-effective, manufacturable solutions.
