Assistant Community Manager at Gates at Jubilee will support the property’s leasing team and oversee leasing activities, rent collection, delinquencies, and renewals. The role includes touring and assisting prospective residents, coordinating move-in and move-out documentation, and ensuring effective communication with the office and maintenance teams. Responsibilities also include assisting the Community Manager with property oversight and leasing team training, supporting the Leasing Professional in apartment leasing while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines, promoting resident satisfaction by responding promptly to questions and requests, posting rental collections and administering accounting functions for the community, and meeting regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss leasing performance. Maintain lease files and records and perform administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent (required); previous multifamily property experience preferred; ability to maintain a professional appearance and resolve conflicts professionally; Yardi experience highly desired. The position is primarily in an office environment but requires walking the property, including stairs, and may involve exposure to cleaning solvents, paint fumes, and landscaping chemicals.
