Client Account Executive role within the Redpin Payments team, focused on helping customers navigate international property payments and onboarding. The role is execution-focused and commercially oriented, sitting at the intersection of customer onboarding, transaction delivery, and commercial ownership, and requires collaboration with BDEs, Product, Compliance, and Operations to convert opportunities into active workspaces and maximize platform volume. Responsibilities include: Activating new clients and onboarding them onto the Redpin workspace; partnering with BDEs and Product Specialists to guide new accounts, speed onboarding, and turn one-off relationships into ongoing revenue; guiding customers through international property payment transactions and supporting key milestones while staying calm under tight deadlines; identifying and recovering at-risk opportunities; driving platform adoption and workspace usage; building strong relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources; maintaining accurate CRM records and workspace activity; collaborating with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
