Account Executive, Business Development
Overview FC Cincinnati is seeking an Account Executive, Business Development to support outbound ticket sales across all facets of the business, including season tickets, partial plans, premium single-ticket tickets, and group tickets. The role leads outbound B2B and B2C outreach and directs the Ticket Sales and Service team in phone and email activity with prospective buyers. You will aim to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, manage client information in the CRM, and build strong relationships through outbound communication, as well as face-to-face and virtual appointments. Collaboration with Marketing, Special Events, Community Relations, and Ticket Operations will drive new ticket campaigns and offerings. You’ll also assist with sales and retention efforts, including upselling existing and new clients, and support event staff during FC Cincinnati home matches with customer service, ticket fulfillment, and related duties.
