Everience is seeking an L1 IT Customer Support professional to join our on-site team in Timișoara, Romania. As part of our international consulting group delivering AI-augmented digital services, you will help customers solve IT issues via phone, email, or chat and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. What you'll do: Provide accurate IT solutions via telephone, email, or chat. After training, troubleshoot issues across office applications, Windows, Outlook, internet connectivity, specific applications, and hardware. Assist in resolving customer and support issues to positively impact customer satisfaction. Follow up on backlogs; meet project performance indicators; escalate complex issues to appropriate teams. What we're looking for: Fluent German and English (B2/C1). Technical training not mandatory; on-the-job training provided. Previous customer support experience is a plus.
