Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of data centre construction projects with a focus on fit-out and partner-led work. Based in London, United Kingdom, this on-site role reports to the Project Director and may oversee one or more projects, coordinating design, engineering and construction activities through every stage to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets specification.

Key Responsibilities: Lead data centre project delivery from design through commissioning and handover. Manage project scope, schedule and quality to align with design intent and business objectives. Coordinate and lead discipline project management (MEP, CSA) when required and ensure all packages integrate smoothly. Maintain oversight of project budgets and schedules in coordination with the Commercial Manager, reporting progress and highlighting risks. Work with Design teams for reviews, approvals and document control. Collaborate with general contractors to assess local capabilities, resource planning and performance. Drive adherence to program milestones, identify potential delays and develop recovery plans. Build and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance through auditing. Chair regular status meetings and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and leadership. Support compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements, advising on design implications or alternatives.
