The successful candidate will work closely with senior scientists to understand problem domains, physical data feature sets, and parameters, and will assess algorithm performance by building datasets and designing and executing well-controlled experiments. ENSCO's Mission Systems Group provides innovative algorithms and integration for national safety and security; the primary focus is development of advanced algorithms for multipurpose data sets. Responsibilities include developing ML/DL solutions, applying signal processing, data fusion, and feature extraction, and delivering validated results. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; at least 3 years of relevant industry experience; proven track record of data science and algorithm implementation; ability to mentor junior ML engineers; strong communication; Linux proficiency; experience with structured and unstructured databases; advanced proficiency in Python and Matlab; experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, scikit-learn, MXNet); ability to work with large data sets and extract relevant information; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
