You will help shape the architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical direction of key product spaces at global scale. You will mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the team. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of scalable software solutions for Sony Music's critical global B2B2C platforms, driving decisions across distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and platform services, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean, maintainable code and establishing engineering best practices, leading design sessions and modernization initiatives, designing resilient services and integrations with internal and third-party platforms, championing reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence, mentoring engineers, identifying technical debt and driving scalability improvements, troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis, and defining the long-term technical roadmap with engineering leadership.
