Role overview: We are seeking a Senior Client Lead Engineer (React Native) to steer the engineering direction of PuzzlePlay, a core product that drives player engagement across our games portfolio. You will own the technical roadmap, work closely with Product, Design, QA and Commercial teams to prioritise and deliver new features and improvements, and directly manage a team of developers, balancing people management with technical leadership.
PuzzlePlay: A key part of our growth strategy, PuzzlePlay combines smart engagement mechanics with high-quality game content to reward players for playing.
Key responsibilities: - Engineering Leadership: establish standards, coding practices, and development processes; conduct code reviews; mentor the team to ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions. - Technical Delivery: own the delivery of the PuzzlePlay roadmap from planning to production; partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions; remove blockers; ensure timely delivery with high quality; balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction. - Solution Design & Architecture: lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end sol
