Key responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legislation and Franchise Standards. - Source and attract candidates through digital platforms, social media, referrals, and community engagement. - Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives. - Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth. - Deliver an engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding. - Attend recruitment fairs, networking events, and community activities to promote Home Instead. - Support screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data. - Monitor recruitment performance and use data to improve attraction strategies. - Work closely with internal teams to support workforce planning and operational needs.
