InterSystems is seeking a Project Manager to join the Implementation team in Milan, Italy. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel to customer sites up to five days per week. You will plan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and own the end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and closure. Responsibilities include defining project objectives, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality across the lifecycle, while managing customer and third-party obligations and handling changes in scope in line with contractual commitments. Regular travel to client sites (approximately 70–80%) is required. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience managing healthcare IT implementations in a customer-facing role, direct experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), strong leadership of diverse teams, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; PMP certification is a plus. The base salary range is €50,000–€60,000 EUR, with additional compensation such as discretionary incentives and benefits (health insurance, lunch vouchers).
