We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and analysis of requirements within our Retail Tribe. Working independently with stakeholders, you will ensure requirements are captured, validated and managed throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead workshops, manage scope changes and support testing to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain platform integrity in a regulated environment that emphasises governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities: - Take ownership of gathering and validating business requirements, resolving conflicts and smoothly managing changes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implications are agreed. - Lead workshops to collect and prioritise requirements; document discussions and decisions. - Validate requirements by analysing data and presenting insights to support informed decisions. - Act as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing access to relevant information. - Map processes, identify gaps and evaluate how proposed changes impact existing systems. - Support testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and preserve platform integrity. - Collaborate with teams to embed solutions through clear communication and training, focusing on customer outcomes.
