Overview: The Senior Product Owner contributes to and executes product initiatives for the Bank. The role partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will drive positive change through technical innovation and continuous improvement, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, and provide expert guidance on tactics to achieve product goals. Lead the development and execution of a product roadmap that supports business goals. Prioritize initiatives and define scope for Program Increments, sprints, and MVPs. Product Management: Develop prioritization framework and backlog; work with cross-functional teams to execute. Plan and create initiatives, features, epics, and stories in JIRA. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Articulate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and provide regular status updates to leadership.
