HDR seeks a strategic-minded Senior Project Manager to join the Alaska Resources Business Group and lead a high-performing team delivering public and private projects across Alaska. Responsibilities include leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing all phases of project development to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, developing and reviewing scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules, implementing QA/QC procedures, coordinating internal tasks and external subconsultants to meet project objectives, serving as the primary client contact, ensuring coordination of deliverables and clear communication among team members, conducting team meetings to discuss productivity and workload, collaborating with HDR leadership to monitor project workload and resource needs, and working with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. This is a full-time regular position based in our Anchorage, Alaska office. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; experience leading engineering and/or environmental regulatory projects; familiarity with estimating and scheduling software and project management software; local candidates are preferred.
