FXI is seeking a Strategic Retail National Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with national retailers in North America. This role owns a portfolio of national accounts, shapes the retail strategy, and collaborates cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive growth and margin expansion. You will operate as a business owner—analyzing performance, influencing assortments, and shaping go-to-market execution that wins on the shelf and online. This is a remote position based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States, with 20% travel to the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Own and grow national retail account relationships, delivering revenue, profit, and market share goals
Develop annual and multi-year growth plans aligned with FXI's priorities
Lead customer reviews, pricing, and promotional strategy to drive customer and company success
Serve as primary advocate for accounts; identify opportunities and provide insights to drive category growth
Partner with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute programs
Track performance metrics (POS, margin, profitability) to inform decisions
Stay ahead of trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Represent FXI professionally with customers
Contribute to FXI’s innovation by sharing consumer, retailer, and market insights
Maintain account documentation and reporting for alignment
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
5–10 years of retail merchandising, sales, or account management experience in consumer p
