Opportunity Program Recruiter is a part-time, on-site role at Middlesex College in Edison, New Jersey, United States. The recruiter will promote Middlesex College's Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program and TRiO Student Support Services to prospective students, families, high schools, and community groups; represent EOF/TRIO at college fairs, visits, open houses, information sessions, and other recruitment events; maintain regular communication with prospective and applied students via email, calls, text, and social media; use the College's CRM and EOF/TRIO systems to contact interested students and document outreach; assist applicants with completing college applications and EOF/TRIO forms; help students complete onboarding for financial aid, placement/testing, advising, registration, orientation, and campus activities; conduct follow-up outreach for incomplete applications or missing documents; schedule EOF/TRIO interviews and provide required documents; maintain accurate, confidential records of student contacts and enrollment progress; stay current on academic programs, student services, financial aid, enrollment procedures, and EOF/TRIO requirements; prepare weekly and monthly outreach and enrollment reports; participate in EOF/TRIO Student Support Services and Admissions meetings and assist with recruitment projects and events.
