Presidio is seeking a Program Manager to lead all aspects of IT projects from inception through completion. The role involves managing scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change control; serving as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams; and coordinating with Sales and Delivery leadership to align with customer objectives and Presidio's strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing program roadmaps, governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder communications, and leading cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams. Required qualifications include 10+ years IT project/program management experience, expertise with PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills are essential. Preferred certifications include PMP and CSM. Experience leading programs involving cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) is highly desirable.
