We are seeking an MEP Manager for Seville, Spain to lead design coordination and oversight of electrical installations (medium and low voltage), mechanical systems (HVAC), plumbing, IT, security and low-current systems across projects in various sectors.

Key responsibilities: - Lead design coordination with clients, engineering teams and consultants for mechanical and electrical installations. - Serve as the main liaison with installation specialists during the design stage. - Collaborate with the design lead and Project Manager to coordinate design stakeholders. - Support construction management on-site during construction regarding all installations. - Manage and coordinate stakeholders (contractors and design supervision) for your specialty during construction. - Assist the procurement lead with bid management. - Support cost management with tracking and changes related to your specialty. - Monitor and control activities to ensure contractual compliance, timelines, quality, and safety (via the Safety Coordinator). - Support Commissioning activities in coordination with the Commissioning Manager. - Contribute to the management system by applying Quality and Environmental policies, environmental best practices, and global standards.
