EGYM Wellpass is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Business Transformation Team in Munich. You will structure and steer workstreams, deliverables, and timelines across 2–3 parallel initiatives, and you will coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare SteerCo materials, and ensure consistent follow-up.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, BI, SalesOps, Product, Legal, and IT/Tech to enable smooth communication and aligned objectives across teams and geographies. You will create and maintain project documentation such as status reports, RACI matrices, and risk registers according to team standards. You will support Transformation Managers on Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, and actively drive change and growth by enabling collaboration and sustainable growth. You will develop project standards, plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ways of working and processes.

Your profile: a degree in economics, information systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; at least 3 years of experience in project management, operations or a comparable area; highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive; ability to communicate complex topics clearly and coordinate cross-functional alignment; solid proficiency with PM methods (agile and/or traditional) and the ability to manage multiple projects; strong business sense and interest in operational and strategic questions; passion for AI, data and digital tools, and using them to work more efficiently; fluent German and English.
