In this role, you will co-lead a team of door-to-door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance to promote GFiber’s internet subscriptions to residential homes and multi-dwelling units. You will prospect new residential customers, build a lead pipeline through ongoing door-to-door interactions, and follow up by phone or email. You will display expert communication skills and partner with other GFiber teammates to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience, while demonstrating deep knowledge of GFiber’s network and deployment. At minimum, you should have: a high school diploma or equivalent practical experience; 1 year of door-to-door sales experience; 2 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience; 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity; and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience; 2+ years of sales management experience; experience in ISP/telecom; proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM; and a track record of managing long-term relationships.
