We are seeking a Cloud Engineer for Application Modernization to join our Poland team (on-site in Warsaw or Wrocław). The role focuses on deploying scalable cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform, with emphasis on Python automation, CI/CD processes, and Kubernetes components. Responsibilities include partnering with senior engineers to deliver cloud solution implementations for client engagements, deploying solution architectures on GCP with Python automation, implementing safe IAM policies, and containerizing applications. You will contribute to migrating legacy applications to container-based architectures on GKE, ensuring proper network connectivity and security practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; experience with cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, basic firewalls); experience in troubleshooting and coordinating with internal/external partners; experience with cloud compute platforms (Kubernetes, Cloud Functions); Python expertise. Preferred: Google Cloud Platform certifications; experience with cloud workloads and Infrastructure as Code; familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
