The role focuses on corporate business development while also handling consumer and inbound leads, with the ability to cross-sell other BSE assets as assigned. Responsibilities include contacting, scheduling, and conducting in-person, virtual, and phone presentations with decision-makers within targeted accounts; meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets; maintaining accurate Salesforce activity and pipeline reports; providing feedback on sales strategy and culture; acting as a role model and supporting teammates; and attending games and events to entertain prospects and resolve issues. The Senior Account Executive reports to the Senior Manager, Premium Sales. Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in professional sales (preferably in sports or hospitality), a proven record of achieving revenue targets, experience selling premium products to B2B clients and senior decision-makers, outstanding customer service and communication skills, experience delivering face-to-face presentations, Salesforce experience a plus, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary is $70,000 - $75,000 plus commission. The role primarily operates in an office environment, with attendance at games and events on weekends and holidays.
