Account Sales Manager for the Arlington, Texas area responsible for up-selling and replenishment, with a focus on execution and merchandising. The role drives retention and penetration across small and large format accounts by geography, and may include some on-premise customers, supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites in retail stores within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include selling Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share, distribution, and volume objectives; contacting key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials, beverage section revamps, and service requirements; developing shelf reallocations to maximize sales; participating in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of POS materials; stocking and merchandising brands in the beverage section including racks and secondary displays; assisting in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain stores and monitoring operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability; maintaining accurate sales records and reports on promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations; and ensuring back stock is maintained to support in-store stocking and merchandising.
