Join Talan in the Data Science & AI Practice as an AI Engineer focused on generative AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents. In this Paris, France-based, hybrid role, you will contribute to client transformations by designing, training, and deploying robust AI solutions across the full lifecycle—from model selection and architecture (LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems) to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization. You will work within project teams to translate business needs into AI solutions, develop advanced applications leveraging RAG, agents, and multi-agent architectures, build fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt-engineering pipelines, and design knowledge graphs and vector databases for semantic search and reasoning. You will industrialize models and agents via APIs and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitor performance, and drive cost, latency, and quality improvements in production.
