ADT is seeking a Customer Support Inbound Team Manager to lead the inbound customer support team in West Henrietta, New York. This on-site role requires a customer-focused leader who can coach, mentor, and develop the team to meet service excellence goals. Responsibilities include coaching team members, providing feedback on attendance and productivity, modeling professional behavior, fostering teamwork and inclusion, handling highly escalated customer issues, and collaborating with the Customer Inbound unit manager to improve efficiency. Qualifications include a four-year degree preferred in business or liberal arts, and at least one year of leadership experience; a degree in progress is acceptable. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Mastermind, JST, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams is expected; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. The compensation ranges from $56,500 to $104,900, with benefits including healthcare, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
