This on-site role in Spartanburg, South Carolina partners with managers to understand staffing needs, develop and post job ads, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage background checks and drug screens, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The recruiter maintains the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), negotiates offers, coordinates start dates and orientation, and builds relationships with area employment agencies, trade schools, and colleges. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience, experience with ATS tools (preferably Workable), strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes $60,000–$65,000 annually plus the potential for a monthly incentive.
