Assistant Account Manager supports Account Executives by coordinating administrative and service tasks for an assigned book of business. The role handles administrative duties for assigned accounts, supports implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up the account, collecting required documentation, and reviewing plan details. It gathers and compiles exposure information, including loss-run schedules and stratifications, and requests and collects new and renewal quotes from carriers. The position audits policies, quotes, binders, and endorsements to ensure accuracy and completeness, updates specifications, applications, and summary information to reflect changes throughout the policy lifecycle, and aids in binding coverage under the direction of the Unit Manager and/or Account Executive. It assists with issuing and processing client invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies, researches industry trends and governmental regulations that may impact the client and Lockton, and processes Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID card renewals. The role also supports the team with contract and policy reviews and performs additional tasks as requested by leadership. Must be legally able to work in the United States. This is an on-site position in Dallas, Texas, United States.
