Role: CRM Manager hybrid based in London Marylebone office. This hybrid role focuses on Pandora's CRM strategy across the UK and Ireland, driving performance on Email and SMS channels through customer insight, personalisation and automation to maximise value, engagement and retention. The role sits in the CRM & Loyalty team and collaborates with E-commerce, Retail and Marketing to optimise opportunities across the entire customer journey. Key responsibilities include planning Email and SMS campaigns aligned with Trading and Marketing calendars, providing first stage feedback on newsletters, and coordinating lifecycle campaigns with the Global Lifecycle team. You will own all Email and SMS reporting, develop an optimisation roadmap through segmentation, personalisation, testing and automation, and analyse customer behaviour, engagement and churn to inform targeted communications. You will partner with the CDP team and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven optimisation initiatives and automation enhancements, and ensure an omnichannel customer journey. Additional focus includes driving in-store performance and footfall while maintaining consistent messaging across channels. Requirements include experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role with hands-on experience in a CDP ESP; strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment; understanding of GDPR and ePrivacy laws; and familiarity with Bloomreach, Power BI and Adobe Analytics is desirable.
