In this role, you will partner with Go-to-Market and Customer Experience teams to capture and document business needs into clear, actionable requirements, then work with Operations and Growth Engineering to translate those requirements into scoped, executable work. You will help manage and refine JIRA backlogs, support sprint planning, and track progress against quarterly priorities. Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, you will keep requirements accurate through delivery, analyze data and processes to identify efficiency opportunities, and maintain reporting that gives stakeholders clear visibility into progress and timelines. What you\'ll bring: 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator/manager, product owner or related roles; experience using Agile methodologies (Jira or similar tools); strong analytical skills and communication; a Bachelor\'s Degree (technical discipline a plus). The target annual base pay range is $107,900 to $143,800, plus a Total Rewards package including bonus and equity.
