Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract) – San Jose, California, hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site). This 12-month full-time contract role offers the potential to convert to a full-time employee and reports to the Director of Recruiting. You will partner with the US and Hong Kong Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers, ensuring a thoughtful, fast, and human candidate experience.

What you'll do - Own interview scheduling and post-interview debriefs across US and Hong Kong offices and time zones, keeping candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams aligned from first contact to final round. - Collect and consolidate interview feedback to support faster, better-informed decisions. - Manage postings end-to-end: drafting, publishing, updating, and closing requisitions across platforms. - Keep candidates informed on application status throughout the process. - Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate. - Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers. - Support new hires through onboarding, helping them land smoothly in their first weeks. - Contribute to recruitment planning, including research on job titles, compensation benchmarks, and market trends. - Participate in broader TA initiatives and projects as they arise.
