Oscar Health is seeking a Group Product Manager for the Member Coverage & Support Platform to lead the product team responsible for the platforms that enable member coverage, billing, payments, and member support workflows. This role will own a large, technically complex product area and partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leaders to translate strategy into execution. You will define the vision and roadmap for Oscar’s Member Coverage & Support platforms, modernize legacy tooling, and ensure our systems scale during peak periods. This is a hybrid, New York City-based role with a three-day in-office schedule per week; Thursdays are in-office for team meetings and events, while the other two days are flexible. Responsibilities include defining the strategy, driving improvements in platform usability and reliability, mentoring a team of product managers, and collaborating across teams to improve member experience and operational performance. You will drive improvements such as first call resolution and reduce escalation rates, and develop product strategies for evolving support models including AI-enabled inquiries and human agent workflows. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear priorities for non-technical stakeholders, make roadmap trade-offs, and identify opportunities to reduce friction in the end-to-end member journey. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will report to a Director of Product Management.
