Technical Support Specialist position at Orange Services, a major IT hub within the Orange Group. We are seeking a motivated IT support professional with 2-3 years of endpoint administration and technical support experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Servers), strong networking knowledge, incident and change management experience, and excellent communication skills. Certifications such as Azure or Endpoint Administrator are a plus, as well as scripting, virtualization, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for services delivered to clients, handling tickets escalated by the Service Desk and resolving them within SLAs.
Analyze incidents, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement both temporary workarounds and permanent fixes.
Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: identities, groups, licensing, access policies, MFA, Conditional Access, Purview, Defender Solutions.
Manage endpoints via Microsoft Intune: enrollment, app deployment, compliance and security baselines, Windows 10/11 lifecycle.
Administer on-premises Microsoft infrastructure as required: Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Windows Servers, Domain Controllers.
Support software deployments, updates, patching, including testing before rollout across client environments.
Document new services for support: service inventory/assessment, high-level designs, maintenance manuals, in coordination with L3 and the client.
