Team Lead - Production
Overview Central Moloney is seeking a Team Lead to oversee production operations across Production, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, and Maintenance, ensuring production standards and customer requirements aremet.
Responsibilities - Lead workflow and production schedules to meet customer demands. - Train and onboard new team members; provide performance feedback and resolve conflicts. - Communicate instructions clearly to ensure compliance with policies. - Motivate team members toward improved performance and goal attainment. - Support professional development and identify career advancement paths. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain accurate records and reports. - Assume additional duties as assigned.

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. - Strong teamwork and leadership skills; analytical problem-solving; basic math and computer skills. - Effective communication and organizational abilities; ability to adapt to varying work conditions; dependable and punctual. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. - Availability for flexible work hours and overtime. - Pass background check and drug & alcohol screening.
