Pyrotek is seeking an HR Business Partner for Benefits & Leave to support the USA Human Resources Team from Spokane, Washington in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will manage the administration of benefit and leave programs across the United States, including basic medical, dental, vision, group life and disability plans, and will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing policies, communicating policy information to employees, administering leave entitlements (FMLA, STD, LTD LOAs), and coordinating IRS/ACA census reporting. The role requires collaboration with HR leadership and other HR partners, and may involve domestic travel up to 20%. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least five years of HR experience in benefits and leave administration; SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification is preferred. Experience with self-insured medical plans is preferred. Certifications such as SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR are preferred; CBP from World, or other benefit certifications are highly desirable. Salary range is $79,122 - $98,902 plus benefits. Relocation benefits are not available.
