About the role
Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained sales representatives. As a producing sales manager, you will oversee daily sales activities across the territory, conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions, and ride with the team on calls to coach and improve results. You will work with the Division Manager to outline and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Factory Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives to ensure early and sustained success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
- Promote self-generated lead activity and hold team members accountable for lead generation.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement development plans to drive improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus.
- Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team (in-home sales a plus)
- Knowledge of Champion products or ability to learn them
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s licen
