MAC.BID is seeking a Facilities Team Lead to serve as a boots-on-the-ground supervisor for warehouse operations. The role oversees the rapid unloading of trucks, inventory sorting, pallet handling, cardboard baling, and daily cleaning tasks, while leading drivers, maintenance, receiving, and general staff. The Facilities Team Lead reports to the General Manager and collaborates with the supervisory team to keep operations running smoothly. Key duties include supervising unloading to avoid delivery fees, managing dumpster and waste disposal, maintaining pallet jack and propane inventories, and conducting weekly and daily audits of warehouse cleanliness and parking areas. Qualifications include: on-site availability Monday through Friday, 8-hour days with a half-hour lunch; ability to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team; ability to follow written directions and company policies; high school diploma required, college degree preferred; pre-employment drug test and random drug testing; forklift certification or willingness to obtain in-house training; valid driver’s license and proof of insurability; background check required.
