Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This on-site opportunity involves arranging financing for customers, structuring deals to maximize profitability, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include providing financing recommendations to customers, accurately desk deals, submitting to lenders for approval, making credit decisions, and effectively closing deals; ensuring every deal aligns with applicable guidelines. Additional duties include auditing post-sale deals for improvements and guaranteeing the expeditious funding of all contracts. Qualifications include knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, familiarity with title laws and the registration process, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. We offer a full-time position including some Saturdays, with PTO and holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, and employee discounts.
